About
Meet Rachel
I believe that people are often closer to change than they realise.
My role as a coach is not to give advice or tell you what to do. It is to create a safe and confidential space where you can think clearly, explore what matters most and discover possibilities that may have felt out of reach.
I work with professionals who want to understand themselves better and navigate important decisions. I help you lead more effectively and find a more sustainable way of working and living.

My approach
Clients often describe me as calm, intuitive and non-judgemental.
I build rapport quickly and create an environment where people feel able to speak honestly, sometimes for the first time in a long time.
The coaching process is both supportive and challenging. We explore the assumptions, patterns and beliefs that may be shaping your experience and we make space for new awareness to emerge.
I am particularly interested in the moments where people recognise that they have more agency than they thought they had.
Credentials
My background
I am an EMCC-accredited executive coach and qualified through the Academy of Executive Coaching.
Alongside my coaching work, I have supported professionals across healthcare and wellbeing settings, and I understand the complexity, responsibility and emotional demands that leadership can bring.
I am committed to ongoing professional development, supervision and ethical practice.

What guides the work
My values
Everything I do is grounded in courage, honesty, integrity, accountability and client-centred practice.
Coaching is a partnership.
It works best when both coach and client are willing to engage openly, reflect deeply and commit to the process.
